Nicole Cadet

Nicole is a freelance artist who specialises in fantasy, historical, fairy and mythical art. Her passion for the arts began with my early love affairs with books, dance, piano, and music. Having spent the better part of a decade at university, she now has degrees in Education (Secondary Art & English) and Information Technology (Information Systems). "The two years I spent at Queensland College of Art College (QCA) I did not particularly care for, and decided that I would never do anything more than paint for myself." says Nicole

Five years on from art college she took a leap of faith and began my first website. Ignoring my college lecturers who had not deemed fantasy art to be a worthy artform she began to create art that she enjoyed looking at and hope others might find interesting as well.

Working primarily in watercolours and digital mediums such as Painter and Photoshop, She continually explore a variety of mediums and subject matter, even if the pretty clothes of Medieval maidens and Fey creatures keep calling her back!
